Was told this was a 16" when I bought it turns out it measure 19" when sitting on the ground to the top of the rim lip as seen in the pics. Picked up a 1940 ULH looking for 13 Fin cylinders, this motor is staying with me and will not be pieced together to be sold! This picture was sat morning of the Cycle Source magazine event i had just rolled in late the night before riding my knucklehead chopper "Strange Brew" a little over 1,300 miles to get there in two days.
