The next step of the 1939 EL

Davenport brought lots of rain but despite the shitty weather I brought home this 1939 frame for Amys 39 motor..now I can yank it from the 48 wishbone frame "Shorty" chopper it was in and put the 40 ULH in there and start the journey of finding more 39 parts for this bike.

I hang my head and pray for those lost and the families hardships 10 years ago

I remember being in the hospital early that morning with a false alarm of my first sons birth...after getting back home around 6 am, I then went to school to teach and an all school announcement came on to turn on the news to see what had happened. My students and I watched in terror as the attacks unfolded....RIP

Kennedy Chopper Class 2011/2012 has begun

Started the new school year on Tuesday 9-5-2011
yesterday on 9-8 we had Knucklehead 101 lesson. I rode in Elvis and we did a breakdown of the 1936-1947 knuck era and I discussed what makes the 47 unique to the other years. Then I taught them how to properly kick start an old bike.
Pictured is also the new class even have 4 girls this year which is cool, haven't had many in the past!
