Working on the x-wedge build for the S&S 55th reunion this summer as a class project. We have a Baker transmission, Rolling thunder frame and a Harley springer. This new style springer is offset but when bolted on the frame the top tree sits at an angle?? Not sure why it wont bolt down to the neck with the top and bottom parallel??? Anyone use these before and have similar problems??
Tried one a couple years back in a Paughco frame,it too sat funny. Worked good though.Never did figure out why.
