OEM knuck springer reborn

Bought this oem extended beauty on the cheap with hopes there was a stock springer hiding under that ugly extension and the chrome.

Here it is the way I got it

Cut off the ends..SCORE I see the original legs hiding in there
A little more cutting looking good so far

After some surgery the extension is gone now I just have some cosmetic work to do.

Taken at the Harley Davidson Museum last summer at the knucklehead reunion the owner started it and did hot laps in the grass in front of the museum, threw sod chunks a couple hundred feet really cool!

Here is an FXR bike I may buy, I never got the whole FXR craze until I rode the shit out of Keiths 113 inch FXR all weekend, man that bike handled like a dream and I was sideways down the road in total control more than I was cruising straight a ahead, felt like dirt bike riding but on the pavement..lots of fun. This bike is ugly as sin, but if I am going to ride one I don't want to do the everybody trying to go all SoCal look..I'd leave this one as is and ride the shit out of it.

Arizona Trip Love Cycles Party

Just got back from 70 degree weather, in Arizona. What a blast spent some good time riding with good people. Here is Charlie the Nomad at Marios house we were picking up Marios bikes to take back to Keith's.

Marios "Dirty" Sanchez and his "EL TRAVIESO" bike

This is a bike Mario has had for a long time, I helped him redo it after a buddy crashed it a couple years ago and he had it at the smoke out, unfortunaletly his throttle stuck down there and he crashed again and it was fixed by another builder. Well then after getting it back Mario crashed again on that bike due to some part failures on it so now three crashes later it has been finally rebuilt by Competition Cycle in Milwaukee now and here is the final product. Mario rides the crap out of this bike and has had it all over the country see it at the LOVE cycles party in Arizona this weekend.

BAKER Burnout drags STURGIS 2009

I was one of the contestants picked by Baker Drivetrain to do the Burn Out Drags they hold every year at the Buffalo Chip. The long bike wasn't much for a burnout contest but I had fun doing it.
